Welcome to Ginger and Soy! In today’s video, we’re making Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Thighs that are incredibly simple and delicious. This recipe combines the rich flavors of ginger and soy to create juicy, flavorful chicken thighs with a perfect crispy exterior. Best of all, it only takes 28 minutes to cook!
🥢 Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
Fresh ginger slices
Light soy sauce
Cooking wine
Oyster sauce
Dark soy sauce
Salt and pepper
Sesame seeds
Barbecue spice
📋 Instructions:
Make vertical slices on the chicken thighs using a knife.
Add slices of ginger to the chicken.
Pour in light soy sauce and cooking wine.
Add oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
Sprinkle a little salt and pepper.
Mix everything well and let it marinate for one hour.
Set the air fryer to 180°C (356°F) and cook for 23 minutes.
Halfway through, flip the chicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds and barbecue spice, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Your chicken thighs should be crispy on the outside and tender inside.

- Sal y pimienta
- Semillas de sésamo
- Especias de barbacoa
Instrucciones para Pollo Crujiente en Freidora de Aire
Hacer cortes verticales en los muslos de pollo con un cuchillo.
Agregar rodajas de jengibre al pollo.
Verter salsa de soja ligera y vino de cocina.
Añadir salsa de ostras y salsa de soja oscura.
Espolvorear un poco de sal y pimienta.
Mezclar todo bien y dejar marinar durante una hora.
