Air Fryer Baked Yogurt

Ingredients

½ cup or 125 g yogurt

¼ cup or 100 g condensed milk

½ cup or 125 g cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

In a bowl, add the yogurt, condensed milk, cream, and vanilla extract.

Whisk well until the mixture becomes smooth and lump-free.

Pour the mixture into an air fryer-safe ramekin or small baking dish.

Preheat the air fryer to 170°C.

Place the dish in the air fryer and bake for 15–20 minutes until the yogurt sets and the top looks slightly golden.

Remove and let it cool completely, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours for the best creamy texture.

Serve chilled and enjoy your silky baked yogurt dessert.

Un postre rápido y fácil que se siente elegante pero que requiere casi ningún esfuerzo.

Ingredientes para Yogur horneado

  • ½ taza o 125 g de yogur
  • ¼ taza o 100 g de leche condensada
  • ½ taza o 125 g de crema
  • 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla

Instrucciones para Yogur horneado

En un tazón, agregar el yogur, la leche condensada, la crema y el extracto de vainilla.

Batir bien hasta que la mezcla quede suave y sin grumos.

Verter la mezcla en un recipiente apto para la freidora de aire o un plato para hornear pequeño.

Precalentar la freidora de aire a 170°C.

Colocar el recipiente en la freidora de aire y hornear durante 15-20 minutos hasta que el yogur se solidifique y la parte superior se vea ligeramente dorada.

Retirar y dejar enfriar completamente, luego refrigerar durante 1-2 horas para obtener la mejor textura cremosa.

Servir frío y disfrutar de tu postre de yogur horneado sedoso.
