[Ingredients] (3-4serves)

-Pork belly 800-850g (3-4cm / 1.2-1.6inch thick)

-Your favourite spice mix 1/2tsp (2.5g)

-Salt 1/4tsp (1.25g)

-Black pepper

-Olive oil

-White vinegar

-Salt (for skin) 80-100g

(Sticky BBQ sauce)

-Unsalted butter 60g

-BBQ sauce 80g

-Honey 80g

-Sriracha 10g

-Black pepper

-Garlic 8g (1tsp)

(Cooking temperature)

1st: 125℃ (257°F) 30mins

2nd: 200℃ (392°F) 30-40mins or until crispy

Receta de Panceta de Cerdo al Air Fryer

Una deliciosa receta de panceta de cerdo crujiente cocinada en el Air Fryer con salsa de BBQ pegajosa. ¡Ideal para una cena fácil y rápida!

Ingredientes para Panceta de Cerdo al Air Fryer

  • Panceta de cerdo 800-850g (3-4cm / 1.2-1.6 pulgadas de grosor)
  • 1/2 cucharadita de tu mezcla de especias favorita (2.5g)
  • 1/4 cucharadita de sal (1.25g)
  • Pimienta negra
  • Aceite de oliva
  • 80-100g de sal (para la piel)
  • 60g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 80g de salsa BBQ
  • 80g de miel
  • 10g de Sriracha
  • Pimienta negra
  • 8g de ajo (1 cucharadita)

Instrucciones para Panceta de Cerdo al Air Fryer

  1. Prepara la panceta de cerdo y sazona con especias, sal y pimienta.
  2. Cubre la panceta con papel de aluminio y cocina en el Air Fryer a 125°C durante 30 minutos.
  3. Prepara la salsa BBQ mezclando la mantequilla, salsa BBQ, miel, Sriracha, pimienta y ajo.
  4. Retira el papel de aluminio de la panceta, aplica la salsa BBQ y cocina por segunda vez a 200°C durante 30-40 minutos o hasta que esté crujiente.
