AIR FRYER CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS

Ingredients:

6 chicken drumsticks, washed and slit

1 tbsp paprika

Salt, to taste

1 tbsp curry powder (or your favorite dried herbs)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Juice of 1/2 lime

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the paprika, salt, curry powder (or dried herbs), Greek yogurt, olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper.

Add the chicken drumsticks and coat them well with the marinade.

Cover and marinate for 2–3 hours, or overnight for the best flavor and extra juicy chicken.

Preheat your air fryer if needed. Cook the drumsticks at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.

Reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and cook for another 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Since air fryers vary, cooking times may need slight adjustments. Check your chicken for doneness before serving.
