Wild Fork Longaniza Sausage — Argentinian Bratwurst | Air Fryer Recipe | Living Tastefully w/ Jesse
Summer means switching things up and this Longaniza sausage from Wild Fork does exactly that. Think of it as the bougie Argentinian cousin to a bratwurst — more flavor, more character, and significantly more interesting than a standard hot dog or brat.
Picked up at Wild Fork — a modern meat and seafood market carrying some of the most unique and high quality cuts available. Air fried on high for 20 minutes, cut lengthwise to fit a brioche bun, and loaded with caramelized bell peppers and onions.
There is ketchup on this. It is not a hot dog. Chicago rules do not apply.
