This Lunch Keeps Beating My Takeout Cravings 😭 | Air Fryer Chicken Tikka Bowl
Welcome back to Salads You’ll Crave Again 🤍
This Air Fryer Chicken Tikka Salad Bowl is one of my favourite high-protein summer meals when I want something fresh, satisfying, and easy to prepare.
The chicken is marinated with homemade masala paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, chicken masala, green chilli, and basic seasonings. You can refrigerate the marinated chicken and simply air fry whenever needed.
Air Fryer:
190–200°C for 12 minutes
Crispy outside, juicy inside ✨
For the bowl:
• Mint coriander chutney
• Yogurt
• Black salt
• Fresh cucumber, onion & tomato salad
• Air fried chicken tikka
Just assemble everything and your wholesome high-protein lunch or dinner is ready in minutes.
Perfect for busy days when you don’t feel like cooking a heavy meal but still want something filling and nutritious.

Una deliciosa ensalada de pollo tikka en air fryer, marinada con masala casera y especias aromáticas, acompañada de una refrescante ensalada de pepino, cebolla y tomate, aderezada con chutney de menta y cilantro, yogur y sal negra. ¡Una comida alta en proteínas perfecta para el verano!
Ingredientes para Ensalada de Pollo Tikka en Air Fryer
- Pechugas de pollo deshuesadas y sin piel
- Masala casera
- Chile en polvo rojo
- Cúrcuma
- Masala de pollo
- Chile verde
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- Chutney de menta y cilantro
- Yogur
- Sal negra
- Ensalada fresca de pepino, cebolla y tomate
Instrucciones para Ensalada de Pollo Tikka en Air Fryer
Primero, marina las pechugas de pollo con la masala casera, el chile en polvo, la cúrcuma, el masala de pollo, el chile verde y las especias básicas. Refrigera el pollo marinado y luego cocínalo en el air fryer a 190-200°C durante 12 minutos, hasta que esté crujiente por fuera y jugoso por dentro. Luego, ensambla la ensalada con el chutney, yogur, sal negra y la ensalada de pepino, cebolla y tomate, junto con el pollo tikka.
