Simply blend each flavour in your Thermomix for 30 sec/speed 8, pour into bags or moulds and freeze overnight.

• 250g blueberries

• 250g blackberries

• 100g apple juice

• 30g maple syrup

• 20g lime juice

• 300g watermelon

• 300g strawberries

• 20g honey

• 20g lime juice

• 100g coconut water

⭐ Pass through a sieve before freezing

🧡 Orange

• 150g orange flesh

• 150g carrots

• 150g apricots

• Small piece of ginger

• 20g honey

• 150g water or coconut water

💚 Green

• 150g cucumber

• 150g kiwi

• 150g pineapple

• Small handful spinach

• 30g honey

• 100g apple juice or coconut water

• 250g pineapple
