Easy Air Fryer Chinese Spare Ribs Recipe
Ingredients
• 2 lbs pork spare ribs (cut into sections)
• 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp five spice powder
DIY 5-Spice Hack (Quick Mix)
If you’ve got spices lying around, mix:
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp cumin
• 1/4 tsp ground cloves
• 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
• pinch of nutmeg or allspice
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Onion Powder
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1/2 tsp white pepper
• Green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)

Prep Instructions
1. Marinate: In a bowl, mix hoisin, soy, honey, five spice or mix, garlic powder, onion powder, sesame oil, and pepper.
2. Add ribs, coat well, and let it marinate for at least 30 mins (overnight = 🔥 flavor).
3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
4. Cook ribs in a single layer for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
5. Brush with leftover marinade at the end for extra glaze.
6. Garnish with green onions + sesame seeds.

Ingredientes para Costillas Chinas Pegajosas en Minutos
- 2 lbs de costillas de cerdo (cortadas en secciones)
- 1/4 taza de salsa hoisin
- 2 cucharadas de salsa de soja
- 1 cucharada de miel
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de cinco especias
Instrucciones para Costillas Chinas Pegajosas en Minutos
- Marinar: En un bol, mezcla la salsa hoisin, la soja, la miel, las cinco especias, el ajo en polvo, la cebolla en polvo, el aceite de sésamo y la pimienta.
- Agrega las costillas, revuelve bien y deja marinar durante al menos 30 minutos (¡marinar toda la noche = sabor increíble!).
