Paneer Tikka Masala in Airfryer 👩🏻🍳
Ingredients:
• Paneer cubes
• Onion (cut into cubes)
• Capsicum (cut into cubes)
• 2 tbsp Curd (yogurt)
• 1 tbsp Besan (gram flour)
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• ½ tsp Cumin Powder
• ½ tsp Coriander Powder
• ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
• ½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Food Color (optional)
• ½ tsp Kasuri Methi (crushed)
Process:
1. In your airfryer basket, add paneer cubes, onion, and capsicum.
2. Add besan, curd, ginger-garlic paste, and all the spices — red chilli, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and food color.
3. Drizzle oil over it and sprinkle kasuri methi on top.
4. Mix everything well until the paneer and veggies are evenly coated with the masala.
5. Airfry at 360°F (around 180°C) for 15–20 minutes or until the paneer turns golden and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with naan, salad, and green chutney.

Instrucciones para Paneer Tikka Masala in Airfryer
1. En la canasta de tu airfryer, agrega los cubos de paneer, cebolla y pimiento.
2. Agrega besan, curd, pasta de jengibre-ajo y todas las especias: chile rojo, comino, cilantro, cúrcuma, garam masala, sal y colorante alimentario.
3. Rocía aceite sobre la mezcla y espolvorea kasuri methi por encima.
4. Mezcla todo bien hasta que el paneer y las verduras estén uniformemente recubiertos con las especias.
