💚 Palak Paneer Samosa in Air Fryer | Crispy with Just 2 Spoons of Oil 🥟✨

These Palak Paneer Samosas are air-fried, not deep-fried, and made with just 2 spoons of oil, yet they turn out perfectly crispy on the outside and rich, spicy, and creamy on the inside 💚

A perfect guilt-free snack for tea time, parties, or whenever cravings hit!

📝 INGREDIENTS

For Palak Dough

• All-purpose flour – 250 g

• Salt – ¼ tsp

• Carom seeds (Ajwain) & Nigella seeds – ¼ tsp

• Ghee – 2 tbsp

• Boiled spinach (Palak) purée – ½ cup

For Paneer Filling

• Paneer – 250 g (cubes)

• Mustard oil – 2 tbsp

• Asafoetida (Hing) – a pinch

• Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

• Garlic – 1 tsp (chopped)

• Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp (crushed)

• Green chilli – 1 tbsp (chopped)

• Chopped tomatoes – ½ cup

• Onion – 1 medium (chopped)

• Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

• Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

• Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

• Black pepper – ¼ tsp

• Kasuri methi – 1 tsp

• Garam masala – 1 tsp

• Dry mango powder (Amchur) – 1 tsp

• Salt – to taste

• Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp

• Chaat masala – 1 tsp

• Garam masala – ¼ tbsp

👩‍🍳 METHOD

1️⃣ Prepare the dough

In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, ajwain, nigella seeds, and ghee.

Add palak purée and knead into a firm dough.

Cover and rest for 15–20 minutes.

2️⃣ Make the filling

Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and hing.

Add chopped garlic, green chilli, and onion; sauté until soft.

Add tomatoes, spices, boiled potatoes (if using), and paneer cubes.

Mix well and cook for 2–3 minutes.

Finish with coriander leaves and garam masala.

Let the filling cool completely.

3️⃣ Shape the samosas

Roll the dough, cut into portions, shape into cones, fill with paneer mixture, and seal properly.

4️⃣ Air fry

Brush the samosas lightly with oil or ghee.

Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 12–15 minutes, flipping once and brushing oil halfway, until golden and crisp.

Instrucciones para Palak Paneer “SAMOSA”

  1. Preparar la masa mezclando la harina, la sal, las semillas de ajwain y nigella, y la ghee. Agregar la puré de espinacas y amasar hasta obtener una masa firme. Dejar reposar por 15-20 minutos.
  2. Preparar el relleno salteando en aceite de mostaza las semillas de comino, hing, ajo, chile verde, cebolla, tomates y especias. Agregar el queso paneer y cocinar. Dejar enfriar.
  3. Formar los samosas rellenando la masa con la mezcla de paneer y sellando correctamente.
  4. Cocinar en AirFryer a 180°C durante 12-15 minutos, volteando a la mitad, hasta que estén dorados y crujientes.
