Eggless chocolate cookie tin- in an AIRFRYER!🍪

Air fryer bakes- EPISODE 2

Ingredients:

• Melted butter- 100 mL (1/2 cup)

• ⁠Milk- 50 mL (4-5 tbsp)

• ⁠Brown sugar- 70 gm (7 tbsp)- can be replaced with castor/powdered sugar!

• ⁠Castor sugar- 40 gm (4 tbsp)

• ⁠All purpose flour- 130 gm (1 cup)

• ⁠Cocoa powder- 20 gm (4 tbsp)

• ⁠Baking powder- 3/4 tsp

• ⁠Baking soda- 1/4 tsp

• ⁠Chocolate chunks- avoid using compound as it does not melt while baking; won’t give the lava effect

Method:

• In a bowl, take melted butter and add brown and castor sugar. Mix.

• ⁠Add milk, all purpose flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.

• ⁠Make a dough. Only mix until there is no visible dry flour and not more than that.

• ⁠Take a 5 inch cookie tin.

• ⁠Cover the base of the cookie tin using a small portion of the dough. (For even baking)

• ⁠Divide the remaining dough into 6 equal portions. Stuff each portion with a chunk of chocolate and seal it in.

• ⁠Place the 6 cookie dollops on top.

• ⁠Keep the tin in the freezer for 20 minutes.

• ⁠After chilling, preheat your air fryer at 160 degrees for 7-8 minutes.

• ⁠Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top firms up a bit.

• ⁠Dig in!🍫
