Methi Pakoda Recipe
A crunchy and delicious snack made with fresh fenugreek leaves, gram flour, and spices. Perfect for tea-time or as a party appetizer.
Ingredientes para Methi Pakoda
- 1 taza de hojas de methi frescas (fenogreco)
- 1 taza de harina de garbanzo
- 1 cebolla picada
- 2 cucharadas de hojas de cilantro picadas
- 1 cucharadita de chile verde picado
- 1 cucharadita de semillas de comino
- Especias al gusto (sal, cúrcuma, pimienta roja)
- Aceite para freír
Instrucciones para Methi Pakoda
Mezcla todos los ingredientes en un tazón hasta que se forme una masa. Forma pequeñas bolitas y fríelas en aceite caliente hasta que estén doradas y crujientes. Sirve caliente con salsa de chile o salsa de yogur.
