This is my favorite way to make chicken at home! It’s packed with flavor and stays so juicy while getting a nice char on the outside.

🛒You’ll need:
* 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 3 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp kosher salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp onion powder

🤌🏼how to:
2. Mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper and onion powder.
3. Coat the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
4. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
5. Shake off any excess marinade and air fry for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches 165°F.
6. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice.

If you’re marinating for more than 8 hours, leave the lemon juice out of the marinade and add fresh lemon juice right before cooking! The acidity can affect the texture of the chicken over a longer marinade.
