Bitter gourd cut slices -350 gm
Soak it in water & squeeze out
Green chilly-3
Garlic-3 cloves
Big onion -1
Kashmiri chilli powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Turmeric Powder-1 tsp
Somph- 1 tsp
Amchur powder- 1 tsp
Rice flour-2 tsp
Corn flour -2 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Coconut Oil- 1 TBS
Mix it well – Rest for 10 minutes
Place it on pre heated Air fryer Basket
Set timer 15 min & Temp 200 degree
Stir in the middle
Set 5 mints 200 deg for more crispy
