High-Protein Vegetarian Burger Bowl | 50g Protein Meal 🍔
If you want a quick high-protein vegetarian meal that actually feels satisfying, this burger bowl is perfect. It has crispy fries, air-fried peri-peri paneer, and a creamy high-protein yogurt sauce that brings everything together.
This bowl packs around 50g protein and comes together really quickly in the air fryer.
Ingredients:
• 200g paneer
• 90g frozen fries
• 1 tsp peri-peri masala
• 1 tsp cornflour
• 1–2 tbsp water
High-Protein Sauce:
• 150g skyr / Greek yogurt
• ½ tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp honey mustard sauce
• Garlic powder
• Salt & pepper
• 1–2 tbsp water (to adjust consistency)
Method:
Coat the paneer with peri-peri masala, cornflour, and water. Air fry at 180°C for about 10–12 minutes until lightly crisp.
Air fry the frozen fries at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Whisk together all the sauce ingredients until smooth and pourable.
Assemble the bowl with fries, paneer, and drizzle the sauce generously. Add veggies like lettuce, onions, or pickles if you like.
