1 cup soaked soya chunks (Nutri)
2 boiled potatoes
Onion
Capsicum
Grated carrot
Green chilli
Ginger
Garlic
Fresh coriander
2 tbsp oats powder
Red chilli powder
Roasted cumin powder
Garam masala
Chaat masala
Salt & pepper
Method: Coarsely chop the soaked soya chunks with green chilli, ginger, garlic, and coriander. Mix with mashed potatoes, vegetables, oats powder, and spices. Shape into kebabs, brush with a little oil, and air fry at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
