🧾 Ingredients

For Marination

• ½ cup thick curd (dahi)

• 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

• 1 tsp garam masala

• 1 tsp coriander powder

• 1 tsp red chilli powder

• ½ tsp cumin powder

• ½ tsp chaat masala

• ½ tsp kasuri methi

• ¼ tsp turmeric (haldi)

• 1–2 tbsp besan (gram flour)

• 1 tsp oil

• Salt to taste

Veggies & Paneer

• Paneer cubes (cut into rectangular chunks)

• Capsicum (red, yellow & green – cut into rectangular pieces)

• Onion cubes (optional)

• Wooden/metal skewers

🍢 Recipe

1️⃣ Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, add curd, ginger-garlic paste, all the masalas, kasuri methi, besan, oil & salt. Whisk into a smooth marinade.

2️⃣ Marinate

Add paneer and bell peppers. Coat everything evenly.

Cover and let it rest for 20–30 minutes for best flavour.

3️⃣ Assemble & Cook

Thread marinated paneer and veggies onto skewers.

Air fry at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping once halfway.

4️⃣ Serve Brush with a little lemon/chaat masala & serve hot with mint chutney! 😍

Ingredientes para Tikka de Paneer saludable

  • ½ taza de yogur espeso (dahi)
  • 1 cucharadita de pasta de jengibre-ajo
  • 1 cucharadita de garam masala
  • 1 cucharadita de cilantro en polvo
  • 1 cucharadita de polvo de chile rojo
  • ½ cucharadita de comino en polvo
  • ½ cucharadita de masala chaat
  • ½ cucharadita de kasuri methi
  • ¼ cucharadita de cúrcuma (haldi)
  • 1-2 cucharadas de harina de garbanzo (besan)
  • 1 cucharadita de aceite
  • Sal al gusto
  • Cubos de paneer (cortados en trozos rectangulares)
  • Pimientos (rojo, amarillo y verde – cortados en trozos rectangulares)
  • Cubos de cebolla (opcional)
  • Brochetas de madera/metal

Instrucciones para Tikka de Paneer saludable

  1. Prepare la marinada: En un tazón, agregue yogur, pasta de jengibre-ajo, todos los masalas, kasuri methi, besan, aceite y sal. Batir hasta obtener una marinada suave.
  2. Marinar: Agregue paneer y pimientos. Mezcle todo uniformemente. Cubra y deje reposar durante 20-30 minutos para obtener el mejor sabor.
  3. Ensamblar y cocinar: Ensarte el paneer y las verduras marinados en las brochetas. Fría al aire a 180°C durante 10-12 minutos, dándoles la vuelta a la mitad del tiempo.
  4. Servir: ¡Pincele con un poco de limón/masala chaat y sirva caliente con chutney de menta!
