• 250 g de skyr
• 4 huevos

Instrucciones para Gâteau au skyr au Thermomix

1. Precalentar el horno a 180°C.

2. Colocar el skyr y los huevos en el vaso del Thermomix y mezclar durante 30 segundos a velocidad 4.

3. Verter la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado.

4. Hornear durante 25-30 minutos o hasta que esté dorado.

5. Dejar enfriar antes de desmoldar y servir.
