These 4-ingredient high-protein air fryer bagels come together in about 15 minutes and honestly couldn’t be easier. No boiling, no turning on the oven, no drama. Just mix, shape, and let the air fryer do its thing.

2 cups flour

2 cups Greek yogurt (I used Oikos Triple Zero for extra protein)

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

Mix everything together, divide into 6, shape into bagels, add your toppings (everything-but-the-bagel seasoning + a little furikake moment), then air fry at 350°F for 15 minutes. Skip the parchment so you don’t have to flip halfway.
