The ultimate hack for leftover rice! 🍘✨ Don’t let cold rice go to waste—turn it into these savory, ultra-crunchy rice crackers in the air fryer. So addictive, simple, and satisfying!

🍚 Ingredients:
• 1 bowl leftover cooked white rice (cold or room temp)
• 1 tbsp light soy sauce
• 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
• 1-2 tbsp Japanese furikake / rice seasoning (or toasted sesame seeds & nori flakes)
• Cooking oil spray

🔥 Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine leftover rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and furikake. Mix thoroughly until all rice grains are well coated.
2. Place the seasoned rice between two sheets of baking parchment. Use a rolling pin to roll it out as thin and evenly as possible (the thinner it is, the crispier it gets!).
3. Peel off the top sheet of parchment, then lightly spray or brush the surface with oil.
4. Transfer with the bottom paper directly into the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry at 180°C for around 20 minutes until completely golden, dry, and crispy throughout (keep an eye on it in the last few minutes so it doesn’t over-brown).
6. Let it cool for 2 minutes to crisp up further, break into pieces, and enjoy!
