• Murmura (Puffed Rice)

• Makhana (Fox Nuts)

• Peanuts

• Cashews

• Curry Leaves

• 1 tsp Oil

• Turmeric Powder

• Red Chilli Powder

• Salt

👩‍🍳 Method:

Mix murmura, makhana, peanuts, cashews, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and 1 teaspoon oil. Add curry leaves and mix well. Air Fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, shaking once in between, until perfectly crunchy.

Instrucciones para Crunchy Air Fryer Murmura Namkeen

Mezcla murmura, makhana, maní, marañón, polvo de cúrcuma, chile en polvo rojo, sal y 1 cucharadita de aceite. Agrega hojas de curry y mezcla bien. Cocina en el Air Fryer a 180°C durante 8 minutos, agitando una vez en el medio, hasta que esté perfectamente crujiente.
