• 1 cup grated boiled potato
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• Oil spray
• Salt to taste

2. Shape into round cutlets.

- 4 cucharaditas de masala chaat
- 2 cucharaditas de garam masala
- 1 huevo
- 1 taza de puré de papas
- 1 taza de harina de trigo
- 2 huevos batidos
- 1 taza de pan rallado
- Spray de aceite
- Sal al gusto
Instrucciones para Croquetas de Atún Crujientes
- Mezcla el atún, cebolla, cilantro, jengibre, chiles, especias, huevo y papa.
- Forma las croquetas redondas.
- Reboza con harina, huevo y pan rallado.
