Crispy Paneer Protein Salad 🥗 | No Sad Salad Ep 2
🥗 Recipe :
1. In a bowl, add small paneer cubes, 1 tbsp oil, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, Kashmiri chilli powder (to taste), chilli powder (to taste) and a pinch of haldi. Mix well so the paneer is evenly coated.
2. Transfer the paneer to an air fryer and air-fry at 200°C for 20 mins, or until golden and crispy. Shake halfway for even cooking.
3. In a large bowl, add 1 big cucumber (thinly sliced using a mandoline), 1 medium carrot (grated), 1 medium onion (thinly sliced) and 2 tbsp roasted pumpkin seeds. Toss lightly.
4. In another bowl, add ¼ cup whisked yogurt, 4–5 garlic cloves (finely chopped), salt to taste, black pepper to taste and paprika to taste. Mix well to make a creamy dressing.
5. Pour the yogurt dressing over the veggies and mix everything well until evenly coated.
Top the salad with the air-fried paneer and serve fresh. 🥗✨

- Paneer en cubos pequeños
- Aceite

- Semillas de calabaza tostadas
- Yogur

Instrucciones para Crispy Paneer Protein Salad
- En un tazón, mezcla los cubos de paneer con aceite, sal, pimienta negra, chile en polvo Kashmiri, chile en polvo y cúrcuma. Asegúrate de que el paneer esté bien cubierto.
- Transfiere el paneer a una freidora de aire y fríe a 200°C durante 20 minutos, o hasta que esté dorado y crujiente. Agita a la mitad para una cocción pareja.
- En un bol grande, agrega pepino, zanahoria, cebolla y semillas de calabaza. Mezcla suavemente.
- En otro bol, mezcla yogur, ajo, sal, pimienta negra y pimentón para hacer un aderezo cremoso.
- Vierte el aderezo de yogur sobre las verduras y mezcla todo bien hasta que esté uniformemente cubierto.
