- Besan (Gram Flour)
- Rice Flour
- Red Chilli Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Coriander Powder
- Garam masala

- Oil
Instrucciones para Crispy Kurkuri Bhindi in Air Fryer
- Wash and dry the okra, then slice it into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, jeera powder, and salt.
- Coat the okra strips with the spice mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer and lightly brush the okra strips with oil.
- Air fry the coated okra at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy and golden brown, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
