• Oil

• Salt

• Chilli powder

•Rice flour

• Peri peri/chat masala

Method:

1. Wash & dry bhindi fully.

2. Slice into very thin rounds.

3. Mix with oil & masalas.

4. Air fry at 180°C for 12–15 mins.

5. Shake basket in between.

6. Air fry 2 mins at 200°C for extra crunch.

1. Lava y seca completamente las bhindis.

2. Corta en rodajas muy finas.

3. Mezcla con aceite y masalas.

4. Air fry a 180°C durante 12-15 minutos.

5. Agita la cesta en el medio.

6. Air fry 2 minutos a 200°C para un crunch extra.
