Crispy Air Fryer Samosa Recipe – || Healthy & Easy Snack ||

In today’s video, I am sharing a delicious Aloo Matar Samosa made in an Air Fryer. These samosas are crispy, light, and made with very little oil, making them a healthier version of the traditional deep-fried samosa.

For the stuffing, I used potatoes, green peas, and fresh coriander with flavorful spices like ajwain, black seeds (kalonji), hing, and salt which give the samosa an authentic taste and aroma. Adding a little ghee in the maida dough helps make the samosa outer layer khasta (perfectly crispy and flaky).

After filling the samosas, simply place them in the air fryer and cook for about 20 minutes until they become golden and crispy. These samosas are perfect for evening snacks, tea time, or when guests come home.
