Airfryer Method:

1️⃣ Airfry poha, murmure & makhana at 180°C for 6–8 minutes (shake halfway).

2️⃣ Add roasted nuts & curry leaves.

3️⃣ Prepare tadka in ghee with chillies, curry leaves & spices.

4️⃣ Mix everything well and cool before storing.
