I tested the Consori Turboblaze Air Fryer and gave it the hardest challenge I could think of: Granny’s peach cobbler. I ain’t gonna lie, I didn’t think an air fryer could bake like this. Here we are.

This easy peach cobbler recipe is 100% plant-based — no eggs, no dairy, no compromise on flavor. Fresh peaches, homemadepuff pastry, and your air fryer does the rest in under 25 minutes. No oven needed.

This is one of those recipes I’ll be making every single summer. I stand on that.

Recipe:

The Peach Filling:

4–5 medium fresh peaches

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 tbsp cornstarch

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

Puff Pastry:

All-purpose flour: 1 cup

Salt: 1/2 tsp

Vegan butter : 1 stick, ice-cold and cubed (or frozen and grated)

Ice water: 1/4 cup
