Description: Air Fryer Black Sesame Chicken
Ingredients:
3 leg pieces
3 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
4–5 green chilies
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp mustard oil
Method:
Wash and pat dry 3 chicken leg pieces.
Dry roast the black sesame seeds for 1-2 minutes on low heat until fragrant. Let them cool.
Grind together:
3 tbsp black sesame seeds
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
4-5 green chilies
6 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
Add 1 tbsp mustard oil to the ground mixture and mix into a thick paste.
Coat the chicken thoroughly with the paste.
Marinate for at least 30 minutes (2 hours for better flavor).
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 3 minutes.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 180°C for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Increase the temperature to 200°C for the last 3-5 minutes for a slightly charred finish.
Serve hot with rice, salad, or as a snack.
