Try these soft and healthy Air Fryer Chocolate Muffins made with oats, curd, jaggery, and cocoa powder. No maida, no oil, and super easy to make!
🥣 Ingredients: • 1 cup oats (powdered) • 4 tbsp jaggery powder • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 1/4 tsp baking powder • 5 tbsp fresh curd (add more if needed) • Cherries for topping
👩🍳 Method: Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour into silicone muffin moulds, top with cherries, and air fry at 160°C for 15 minutes in a preheated air fryer.
