Add 1/2 tsp sunflower oil to each hole of mould
Spread the oil and pre-heat mould
Add 2 large eggs
Add 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
Add 1 pinch ground black pepper
Add 150g plain flour
Add 400g milk
Mix for 15 sec and set batter aside to rest
Spread oil on frying pan
Fry sausages
Mix batter for another 5 sec
Divide batter into mould
Add 1 sausage to each mould
Add 1 cherry tomato to each mould
Add 1 slice of cheese to each mould Bake for 20 min at 230°C
