I put 1 egg and 3 spoons of Greek yogurt in my air fryer and it turned into a CHEESECAKE. 🫐😭

No flour. No cream cheese. No oven. No effort.

I genuinely didn’t plan this — I was trying to make a healthy breakfast and accidentally created something that tastes like dessert.

The trick is to melt a Lotus Biscoff biscuit in a little milk and mix it into the egg + Greek yogurt batter. That’s it.
