No flour. No butter. No guilt. Just 1 apple. 🍎🍫

I blended an apple with cocoa powder and maple syrup and put it in the air fryer — and it came out tasting like a proper fudgy brownie. I genuinely did not believe this would work until I forked it open 😭

This is my new favourite thing. Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free — and it tastes like dessert should. Made with ingredients you already have at home.

5 ingredients. 10 minutes. Zero guilt:

🍎 1 apple — peeled and blended

🥚 1 egg

🍫 2 tbsp cocoa powder

🍯 2–3 tbsp maple syrup

🍫 Dark chocolate chips

(dates + cinnamon optional — both make it even better)

Air fry at 155°C for 10 mins.

Toothpick test. Cool 15 mins. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Done. 🍓

The cooling time is non-negotiable — it firms up into the most fudgy texture as it cools. Do not skip it.

Pastel de manzana y chocolate en 10 minutos

Un brownie saludable y delicioso que se puede hacer en pocos minutos.

Ingredientes para Pastel de manzana y chocolate en 10 minutos

  • 1 manzana — pelada y mezclada
  • 1 huevo
  • 2 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
  • 2–3 cucharadas de jarabe de arce
  • Chispas de chocolate negro

Instrucciones para Pastel de manzana y chocolate en 10 minutos

Mezclar la manzana pelada y mezclada con el huevo, cacao en polvo y jarabe de arce. Agregar las chispas de chocolate negro. Colocar la mezcla en el air fryer y cocinar a 155°C durante 10 minutos. Realizar la prueba del palillo. Dejar enfriar durante 15 minutos. Decorar con fresas frescas. ¡Listo!
