150g sphaghetti
80g Parmesan cheese (or other hard cheese)
10 garlic cloves
40 g oil
12 prawn
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp gochujang
Italian seasoning
crushed red pepper
salt (optional)
pepper (optional) Preparation
1. Place sphaghetti in mixing bowl and cook 9min/100°C/reverse/speed 1 until pasta is al dente. Transfer pasta into a thermal serving bowl or other large bowl.
2. Grate cheese 10 sec/speed 10. Transfer into a bowl and set aside. 3. Place garlic cloves into mixing bowl and mix for 10sec/reverse/speed 4. Then pick out the peeled garlic skin. Chop garlic 5 sec/speed 7.
4. Add oil and cook 2min/100°C/speed 1. Then add prawn and cook 3min/varoma/speed 1. 5. Add heavy cream and cook 5min/varoma/speed 1. Then add italian seasoning (if using) and gochujang, cook 1 min/varoma/speed 1.
6. Put in spaghetti and red crushed pepper and mix 1min/varoma/reverse/speed 1. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve. #thermomix #tm6 #gochujangpasta #fusiondish #weekdaymealideas
