📝 Sankranti Special Semiya Kheer Recipe
• Vermicelli (Semiya) – 1 cup
• Oil – 2 tsp
• Water – 3 cups
• Full cream milk – 2 cups
• Sugar – 1 cup
• Cardamom powder
• Fried dry fruits (almonds, cashews, raisins – optional)
👩🍳 Method
Add semiya and oil. Air fry at 165°C for 5 mins until aromatic.
Add 3 cups water, transfer to a heat-safe bowl, air fry at 185°C for 8 mins until soft.
Add milk and cook at 175–185°C for 8 mins.
Add sugar and cook for 5 mins.
Add cardamom and dry fruits. Mix well and serve hot.

Ingredientes para Sankranti Special Semiya Kheer
- Vermicelli (Semiya) – 1 taza
- Aceite – 2 cucharaditas
- Agua – 3 tazas
- Leche entera – 2 tazas
- Azúcar – 1 taza
- 1/4 cucharadita de cardamomo en polvo
- Frutos secos fritos (almendras, nueces de la india, pasas – opcional)
Instrucciones para Sankranti Special Semiya Kheer
Agrega el semiya y el aceite. Cocina en el Air Fryer a 165°C durante 5 minutos hasta que esté aromático.
Agrega 3 tazas de agua, transfiere a un bol resistente al calor, cocina en el Air Fryer a 185°C durante 8 minutos hasta que esté suave.
