Recipes:

1. Garlic Cheese Toast

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

4 bread slices

For the topping:

2 tbsp chopped capsicum

2 tbsp chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp onions

1 tbsp chopped coriander

1 tsp chopped green chillies

1 tsp mixed herbs

Black pepper as per taste

½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

For Garlic Butter:

2 tablespoon butter, room temperature

4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 tbsp minced parsley

Method:

Mix minced garlic and parsley into the butter.

Mix all ingredients for the toppings.

Spread butter on the slices. Top with prepared topping. Air fry at 180C for 5-6 mins.

2. Garlic Cheese Toast

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

6 bread slices

For Filling:

2 boiled potatoes, mashed

1 green chilli chopped

½ tsp grated ginger

2 tbsp coriander

½ tsp chaat masala

½ tsp amchur

½ tsp garam masala

Green chutney

Salt to taste

Batter :

1 cup besan

¼ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chilli powder

¼ tsp ajwain

Salt to taste

Oil to brush

Method:

Mix together all the ingredients for the filling.

Make a thick batter with little water.

Spread chutney on the slices. Place aloo stuffing and cover with another slice. Dip in batter and place in air fryer basket. Air fry at a temperature of 190C for 10 mins

3. Moong Dal Omelette

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

½ cup yellow moong dal, soaked

1 inch ginger

1 green chilli

1 small onion finely chopped

1 small tomato finely chopped

2 tbsp coriander

Salt to taste

Oil to brush

Method:

Grind the moong dal with salt, ginger and green chilli to a smooth batter.

Add in chopped vegetables.

Pour 1 cup batter in a greased silicon mould or metal plate and air fry at 180C for 8-10 mins.

4. Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Preparation time: 10 mins

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

2 bade overripe bananas

1 cup whole wheat flour

3 tbsp jaggery powder

½ cup yoghurt

2 tbsp oil

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

½ tsp vanilla essence

2 tbsp chopped walnuts

Method:

Mash the over ripe bananas. Blend in the jaggery and wet ingredients.

Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda over it and combine. Do not over mix.

Pour batter in prepared baking tin and bake at 180C for 20 mins

5. Egg Muffins

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

2 eggs

2 tbsp milk

½ onion finely chopped

¼ capsicum finely chopped

2 tbsp sweet corn

¼ cup cheddar cheese, grated

Salt

black pepper

mixed herbs

Oil spray for moulds

Method:

Mix all the ingredients, por into silicon moulds and air fry for 10 mins at 160C.

6. Hashbrowns

Preparation time: 20 mins

Cooking time: 12 mins

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

3 large potatoes grated

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp rice flour

Method:

Rinse the grated potatoes well. Squeeze out all the excess moisture by tying it in a cloth.

Add the salt and the rice flour. Shape into hashbrowns. Air fry at 200C for 10-12 mins.

7. Bread Rolls

Preparation time: 20 mins

Cooking time: 12 mins

Serves: 2-3

6 bread slices

For filling:

2 boiled potatoes, mashed

1 green chilli chopped

½ tsp grated ginger

2 tbsp coriander

½ tsp chaat masala

½ tsp amchur

½ tsp garam masala

Method:

Mix all the ingredients for the filling. Divide into 6 balls.

Soak bread slice in water and press to squeeze out the moisture.

Place the filling in the centre and cover from each side and shape the bread roll.

Brush with oil and air fry at 200C for 8-10 mins.

Instrucciones para Tostadas de Ajo y Queso

Mézcla el ajo y el perejil en la mantequilla. Combina todos los ingredientes para el topping. Unta mantequilla en las rebanadas y coloca el topping preparado. Cocina en el Air Fryer a 180°C por 5-6 minutos.
