I said what I said… In my kitchen, pasta and eggs are cooked on the hob, roast potatoes go in the oven (because crispy edges are non-negotiable), and sometimes I mix my salad dressing with a fork because washing the Thermomix bowl would take longer than making it. And before the Thermomix police come for me… hear me out. I LOVE my Thermomix. But I don’t believe in using it for absolutely everything just because I can. The real magic isn’t replacing every appliance in your kitchen. It’s knowing when your Thermomix actually makes your life easier. For me, that’s:
🧄 Chopping a week’s worth of garlic in seconds instead of peeling a clove every evening.
🥕 Prepping vegetables, sauces and marinades that make weekday cooking effortless.
🥣 Making soups, curries and family favourites without standing over a saucepan.
🥩 Preparing protein-packed freezer staples so dinner is already halfway done.
🍫 Making homemade versions of things I’d otherwise buy ready-made. And yes, sometimes it’s simply making custard without having to stir it for 10 minutes. 🙌 My goal isn’t to cook EVERYTHING in my Thermomix. It’s to spend LESS time cooking, with MORE delicious, nutritious food on the table. That’s a very different thing. Now I’m curious… what do you REFUSE to cook in your Thermomix, even though you technically could? 😂👇 Follow @agatas_kitchen for clever Thermomix shortcuts, healthy recipes and meal prep ideas that actually save you time. #thermomixtm7 #thermomixlove #thermomixuk #thermomixrecipes #thermomix
