Some dinners just earn a place in the regular rotation — and these Chicken & Spinach Enchiladas from Cookidoo® are one of them 🌯 The Thermomix® takes care of so much of the prep, which means less chopping, less juggling and far less of that what on earth am I making for dinner? feeling at the end of a busy day. Warm, cheesy, full of flavour and exactly the kind of meal everyone is happy to see land on the table. This is one of the reasons I love Cookidoo® — when I need inspiration, I can choose a recipe, follow along and let the TM7 do much of the thinking for me. Would this make it onto your weeknight dinner list? 👇 #thermomix #fromscratchcooking #cookidoo #thermomixtm7 #cookwithme #mycook #thermomixaustralia #dinner #enchiladas #healthycooking #weeknightdinner #weeknightdinners
